Our Classes

Our pole classes combine elements of strength training, flexibility, coordination and dance making them a full body workout and a creative form of expression.

Our pole classes range in levels from level 1 to 5. You will begin in level 1 and will start with learning beginner spins, tricks and movements. As you progress you will gain strength and confidence which will enable you to access new skills.

Each level will incorporate both spin and static moves on the pole to provide our students with an all-round approach to pole.

Flow Classes

Flow class is a choreographed routine created by one of our instructors. Flow classes are a great opportunity for students to learn a longer routine to different styles of music and getting a great cardio workout!

Each instructor has a slightly different style so make sure to try out different styles for a challenge or to perhaps find a style you resonate with. Some flow classes are full of body rolls, hair flicks, kicks and fast choreography; other flow classes are slower, slinky, fluid and sensual. At Angels there is something for everyone.

We will offer both beginner flow and standard flow. Beginner flow will teach students the fundamental moves found in most flow routines. We also offer a Chair flow which incorporates a chair into the flow routine for a fun dynamic style.

Pilates Classes

Pilates Classes Our Pilates classes strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance your posture in this energizing Mat Pilates class. Designed for all fitness levels, this class focuses on controlled movements, breath work, and alignment to help build long, lean muscles. Using just a mat and your body weight, you’ll engage deep stabilizing muscles, improve balance, and reduce tension. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced mover, this class offers modifications and challenges to meet your needs. Leave feeling stronger, centred, and refreshed.

Pilates Mums and Bubs

Our Mums and bubs Pilates classes is similar to our standard Pilates class however you may bring your little one along. This class focuses on the core mat Pilates strengthening moves however there are plenty of regressions to suit your fitness level. You will engage deep stabilizing muscles, improve balance, and reduce tension. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced mover, this class offers modifications and challenges to meet your needs. Leave feeling stronger, centred, and refreshed. This class will provide two teachers, one of which will be taking the class, and the second teacher will be present to help the mums with anything they may need.

Dance Classes

Dance Classes At Angels we want to provide our students with the opportunity to explore different styles of dance. We will offer:

  • Contemporary Dance

Stretch and Flex

Enhance your lines, extend your range, and support your technique with this dancer-focused stretch class. Designed to complement all styles of dance, this session targets flexibility, alignment, and joint mobility through intentional, flowing stretches. Whether you’re recovering from a tough workout, sitting at a desk all day, or just need a moment to reset, this class offers a full-body experience that leaves you feeling longer, looser, and more relaxed. Open to all levels.
